Frank Peterlin founder of Market Realty during the last 20 years has managed over $120,000,000 of commercial real estate. He has and has held previous Project Management positions in retail banking, with IBM and with General Electric. His construction, accounting, finance, and computer background is of great assistance to his clients as he aids them in evaluating business i

nvestments and managing commercial developments. Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Frank has taught undergraduate courses in Finance and Money-and-Banking at the University of Massachusetts and has taught MBA courses in Marketing Research and Economics at the University of Southern Indiana. Active in civic organizations, Frank is a member of Leadership Evansville, serves as a Board Member of several local charities, and is a past Indiana State Delegate, Parish Council President, Catholic Charities Board, NEEDS Board, United Way Vice-President, Assistant Scout Master and Eagle Scout. Frank is married to Michelle K. Peterlin, they own Market Realty, LLC, US CONTRACTING LLC and US INCUBATOR LLC they have three children Frank VII, Hope and Faith.
