We had a group meeting this morning because apparently we’ve had a few complaints that needed to be addressed…

Customers have complained that our movers show up and immediately start wrapping furniture instead of just throwing it on the truck.

They’ve complained that the guys keep asking where things are supposed to go instead of just guessing.

Apparently, we spend too much time protecting floors, walls, doorways, and furniture.

We’ve also heard complaints that our crews communicate throughout the move and keep customers updated on what’s going on.

And somehow it gets even worse…

Furniture is arriving at the new home in the same condition it left the old one.

The guys are working hard.

They’re being respectful.

They’re putting things where customers actually want them.

And the final bill is making sense.

So after a long discussion this morning, we’ve decided…

Nothing is changing. 😂

We’ll continue protecting your belongings, communicating with you, working hard, and treating your home like it matters.
