When selling your home there are so many important factors to keep in mind. The most important?

Making sure the pricing of your home maximizes your chances of receiving the highest offer possible.

Even with the market being totally nuts it's still possible to list homes too high where they just sit on the market much longer than they should. The most important info I can share with my future sellers is to price your home correctly, understand the market and listen to your Realtors advice.

One of the most important areas of the home to look at is the front door.

At listing appointments I always tell the Seller to boost their curb appeal and this can sometimes mean the front door. A buyer is going to decide in the first 8 seconds of driving up to a listing if they are interested or not.
