If you receive water from the City of Evart and are located within the area outlined on this map, you may experience loss of water during the hours of 8am and 1pm on Thursday, September 24th while the contractor works to connect the new water lines at the Centennial Arms Complex. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS ⚠️

Please be advised that First Street near the entrance of our complex will be closed tomorrow, September 17th, beginning at 8:00 a.m.

If you have a vehicle parked in the parking lot, please make sure it is moved before 8:00 a.m. Once the road closure begins, vehicles remaining in the parking lot will not be able to exit until the closure has ended that time is currently unknown.

For your convenience, residents and their guests may park in the following areas:

• Washington Circle Parking Lot
• Parking spaces along Cedar Street
• Evart United Methodist Church parking lot — The church has graciously allowed our residents to park in the diagonal parking spaces.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s cooperation. Please plan accordingly and make arrangements to move your vehicle before the 8:00 a.m. closure.

The office will be open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
