Just a heads up people. MSHDA is tossing the ideas of a tax increase on all real estate to help a new housing fund that would assist in affordable housing. How can this help when the transfer taxes for sellers and buyers increase the prices of HOMES and Commercial. We are already facing interest rates and property TAXES which keep climbing, which this is already alot of buyers concerns when they purchase a home etc whether or not they can even afford living in this home or running a business with all that TAX LOAD and not mentioning the INSURANCE that keeps climbing out of site! WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TO???
Concerned people that would like to voice please contact your senator and Representative that tax increase is a bad idea!!!
