A very happy congratulations to my buyers. They have been searching for a long time to purchase a property just like this one. A place to escape to and explore. This deal took me 5 days of negotiating and we were able to get this finalized for them. The list price for these 4 parcels was $575,000 and I was able to get it down $135,000 to a final purchase price of $440,000. Over those 5 days I built a strong rapport and trust with the listing agent which gave her the confidence that I would be easy to work with and also help her client move on to his next chapter.
