Allow us to explain. Several years ago we started back in Real Estate, then started a team, and found ourselves working WAY too many hours… Sound familiar?
We were burning out, not getting quality time with our kids (or each other), and feeling like there was no end in sight.
It wasn’t until one month where we hadn’t seen our kids but a couple hours a week and hadn’t had a full “non work” conversation in weeks that we found ourselves completely burned out and not enjoying a minute of the career we worked so hard in.
Finally, we decided to find a solution… And we crafted out an incredible blueprint that freed up our time - allowing our businesses to stay profitable, run smoothly, and of course made time for *actual* fun!
All while working less than 30 hours a week.
