Congrats to my clients for getting this super cute home under contract! They set out to purchase a second home they could rent and use whenever they're in town!
This is pretty incredible! The point is to have a home where they love to play and that earns money when they're not there! No brainer!
My desire is that all my buyers become land lords however we tend to think it's impossible for US to have that. That is reserved for rich people right?
Wrong! This is reserved for people who build out a plan, discuss their options and know what the next steps are. Your realtor and lender are great resources and if you don't have one of those already. Call me!
