In this June 2026 Bothell housing market update, I walk through the latest NWMLS data and explain why the overall city statistics may not be telling the whole story.
What stood out this month?
Residential resale homes continue moving much faster than many buyers and sellers may expect.
Meanwhile, condos, townhomes, and new construction are carrying much more inventory and generally taking longer to sell.
One of the biggest surprises was the lack of available detached resale homes under $699K. At month end, there were only 2 active homes available in that entire price range.
