Can you believe 2021 is almost over!?
2021 was CRAZY. 😱
Huge appreciation for sellers, lots of competition for buyers.
Why did the buyers put themselves through all that? Because interest rates were at an all time LOW. 💰
Even though you were paying more for houses, the interest rates made it worth it.
YES we are predicting increases interest rates in 2022.

-Tenants didn't move out on time
-Buyer backed out
-Nightmare Lender
-I helped tenants move
-Crazy Buyer
-Appraiser refused to appraise
-Homeless guy living in shed
-My lockbox was cut off and stolen
-Boarded up windows
-30 day extension due to waiting for appraiser
Real estate isn't for the weak. 💪🏻

💯 This one taught me so much but mostly about staying positive for my sellers and doing whatever I could to take stress off of them and get this to close! It took a while, but we did it! 👏🏻
