🏡 Snohomish County Market Update:

The market continues to favor buyers with plenty of homes to choose from and more time to make thoughtful decisions. New listings and pending activity eased slightly this week, while closed sales increased, showing that buyers are still making moves. That extra time may also create opportunities for buyers to negotiate or find a good deal. Sellers are still seeing buyer activity and achieving close to asking price, keeping the market active on both sides.

🏡 Snohomish County Market Update:

The market showed some improvement this week with more new listings and a modest increase in closed sales. Buyers continue to have plenty of options and more time to explore the market, making conditions more favorable for those who are shopping. At the same time, sellers are still receiving close to asking price, showing that demand remains present for well-positioned homes. Overall, it continues to be a buyer-friendly market with opportunities on both sides.
