Born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest I have a fondness for the natural beauty of this area and all the Recreational activities it offers for all ages and interests. My professional career path has involved sales and customer service in several capacities. My first career out of college was interning and later being promoted to assistant Recreation Coordinator at Sudden Valley Communi
ty Center in Bellingham, WA. I also served as District Director for Camp Fire both in Bellingham and Everett. After moving to Mukilteo in 1977, my husband and I owned and operated an Appraisal business for 8 years and I also worked and volunteered in the Mukilteo School District during the school years of our children. In 1991 we designed, built and operated a local Family Fun Center (GAMES) in Mukilteo for 7 years and after we sold that business I worked in the social services field in several capacities serving the disadvantaged children and youth including acting as Executive Director South Everett Youth Center. In addition I have been very active in our community as a member of the Mukilteo Kiwanis and the Snohomish County Drug Action Team. Since 2002 when I acquired my Real Estate License, my husband, Mike and I joined Keller Williams and became the Kerwin Pacific Team. Since Mike had been working in Commercial Real Estate for many years he provided the commercial expertise is sales and leasing and I focused on residential sales throughout Snohomish and King Counties serving both Buyers and Sellers from first time home buyers to Seniors wanting to downsize. I love being able to create a Win- Win situation for both Buyers and Sellers.
