Evergreen’s August market numbers are in! 🌲🏡

A total of 50 residential properties closed in Evergreen during August, with an average sale price of $1,454,218 and a median sale price of $1,087,500. Homes averaged 45 days on market, and the median sale-to-list price ratio came in at 96%.

What does that mean for you? Evergreen continues to be a market where pricing, presentation and strategy matter. Some homes are still selling quickly and close to—or even above—list price, while others are taking longer and requiring price adjustments.
