With a history at some of the preeminent branding and advertising agencies in the world, she helped Realtors target their marketing and focus their message to increase their client base and strengthen their relationships. In 2004 she became licensed herself with the Colorado Division of Realty and began guiding her clients through the intense, exciting, sometimes stressful and confusing process of

buying and selling a home. She was instrumental in launching and operating a boutique real estate company in Evergreen, CO in 2005. Her relationship with her clients means everything to her. A strong foundation of trust, an understanding of her clients’ wants, needs, fears and dreams plus (hopefully) a bit of fun make for the best transactions and lifelong relationships. Patty indulges her inner history nerd by guiding tours at the Argo Mill and Tunnel in Idaho Springs. She is also a raging Disney parks fan. In her spare time you can find her dreaming of her next Disney trip, glamping in her rPod, researching gold mining history or just hanging out with her daughter and 3 crazy dogs.
