As we peek into the holiday season... 👀 The Denver metro area housing market remains healthy! Homeowners can relax knowing that while homes are moving just a bit slower this time of year, the average sales price continues to rise.
Buyers are still enjoying low interest rates and maybe even a chance to sleep on their purchase decision - which is always a good thing.
