You may have noticed that every quarter a handful of LIV Sotheby's International Realty agents post on various social media accounts that they qualified for quarterly best. What is that, what is Quarterly best at LIV Sotheby's International Realty?
LIV sets a fairly lofty production number and if you make that number, you get invited to "Quarterly Best". This practice has been in place since the beginning of LIV Sotheby's and is considered "the goal" for agents who have a high standard for themselves and for their business.
This Lunch is one of many reasons that we love working for LIV. The recognition is more than a gold star or something like that. Once you arrive at Quarterly best you are hosted at one of Denver's or Vail's finest restaurants.
We receive an authentically warm greeting by Scott Webber our visionary CEO and Shannel Ryan our powerhouse president, every time. They know our names, our families and our current journey.
A Lot of agents strive for the invite because at LIV, we have reason to like and respect ALL of our leadership and yes, the lunch and recognition are really nice. But wait, there's more. You can imagine that the best of the best are regular attendees. The regulars understand the power of it all. We build relationships with the other high producing agents. We pitch properties to each other, we share marketing insights, we share the hottest tech and we share what's working. This networking translates into more results resulting in more Q-Best events. The results benefit all, especially our clients.
