There are not enough positive adjectives to describe our experience with Carrie Hurich! Carrie assisted us in the sale of our home in Evergreen and was amazing. We were building and has many delays, but Carrie was patient and understanding ! She always promptly answered our emails and phone calls. She assisted us every step of the way in preparing our home for the sale in order to get the maximum price. Which is exactly what happened. Our home was under contract within three days of being posted. She held our hand every step of the way explaining in simple terms all aspects of the contract. Because of her suggestions in preparing our house for sale, we were able to receive an amount over our asking price. Her knowledge of the market is extraordinary, many houses in our area were on the market for months, and again ours was under contract within three days with closing happening two weeks later.
