John and Pandora Erlandson are partners in life and real estate, and offer a well-rounded approach to real estate with a combined skill-set that leads to smooth transactions, satisfied clients and successful closings. Having worked and lived in Evergreen as well as the western suburbs and Denver, they work with buyers and sellers in all these communities, while having special expertise in the moun
tain areas. Both are CMAS Certified (Certified Mountain Area Specialist) with extensive knowledge and training in buying a mountain home - helping clients understand well, septic, surveys, and other mountain specific issues. John is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) working hard to get clients the best possible outcome. Pandora is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) offering special expertise in marketing all homes, in particular finding buyers for luxury properties. They work with buyers and sellers at all price points however. Pandora’s former career was with Habitat for Humanity in marketing and fundraising, and John owned a successful fine residential painting business in Evergreen for many years, giving them both a variety of expertise in customer service, marketing and the housing market. On the personal side, John is also a singer/songwriter and a driving force behind the Evergreen music scene, producing over 40 benefit concerts in recent years, and creating the very popular ‘Boogie at the Barn' music series. Pandora is an avid cyclist and lover of all things outdoors. Pandora currently serves on the Mountain Area Land Trust Board and on the Leadership Evergreen Board. John & Pandora love the mountain community and are engaged in many additional ways, supporting Center for the Arts, EChO Food Bank, and other nonprofits. John and Pandora are engaged, energetic and passionate about their business, their community and their lives. They excel at sharing this and their expertise and strong work ethic with clients to accomplish their real estate goals and dreams.
