HBR’s latest stats report shows O‘ahu housing market remained strong with high sales volume in April

Single-family home sales INCREASED 51.2% with a median sales price of $928,000. That’s a 14.7% YOY increase.

Condo sales rose 88% over the same period last year, and the median condo price remained the same at $450,000.
