Did you know that if you hold a certain Section 8 voucher you may be able to turn your rental voucher in to a homeowner voucher? Yes, section 8 will pay a portion of your mortgage for a specific period of time, up to 15 years and in some cases ( for disabled individuals) 30 years.

If you would like to find out more about this process ( And YES it is a process) then register for the In person session taking place this Thursday 11/20/25 6pm at SBR Realty 899 Parkway Ave. Ewing, NJ 08618.
