One of the very first things buyers notice when they walk in… is how the house smells.

Before a showing or open house, try baking something simple — cookies, bread, or even banana muffins like I made today.

That warm, homemade aroma instantly makes a home feel cozy and welcoming. It helps people picture themselves living there.

And let’s be honest…
Most people would rather walk into the smell of fresh banana muffins than wet dog or a litter box.
