RAYMORE, MO 🏡 SOLD!

A little over an hour drive for me today to pick up our sign and lockbox because 2104 Crestview Place has officially SOLD. ❤️

And this is one I’m actually a little sad to close.

This sale came to us through longtime clients who trusted us to help their parents — and I had the absolute privilege of working with some of the sweetest people throughout the process.

Real estate gives us the opportunity to be part of people’s lives during some pretty important transitions. Somewhere along the way, the daily phone calls, texts, updates and conversations become something you genuinely look forward to. I’m going to miss those on this one.

I’m wishing our wonderful seller the biggest blessings as she continues into her next chapter, and I’m incredibly grateful to this family for trusting me to help with something so important.

📚🍎 **And just like that… summer break is over!**

This week, backpacks are packed, alarms are going off WAY too early, buses are back on the roads, and families all across our communities are settling into a brand-new school year. ❤️

For some, it’s the **very first first day**.
For others, it’s the beginning of their **last year**. 🥹
And somewhere out there is a parent who already forgot to sign a paper that came home yesterday. 😂
