No better way to start the week! 🏡
Ellie’s been on my case for over a year about how she can “house hack” her daycare expenses.
I kept telling her we need to be patient and the right one would come along.
Well.. We just closed on a 4-plex that will cover her daycare and other expenses for years to come. And her brother was there to help her through the signing. ❤️✍️
And 17 years from now, it could pay for her college several times over… or whatever dream she decides to chase.
