Our friends and buyers had been casually looking at homes but nothing was quite the right fit for their family. We had a really good idea in our minds of what they were looking for so we sent out an email to our Global Luxury Group asking if anyone had off market properties that fit their criteria. Lone behold, within the hour, we received an email from another agent saying that they had an offer market property that we could show. Sent it to our buyers and had a showing scheduled for later that evening. At the showing, we ALL fell in love with this home and had an offer sent over and accepted that night. This home is absolutely stunning and I’m unapologetic with my love for this one. The detail,charm and character makes my heart swoon as a lover of old homes.
