Now, let me catch you up:
The Fed just made a 25 basis point cut to interest rates — their first move in 2025 (mind you).
While that might not sound like much, it’s enough to ripple through the housing market. Mortgage rates have taken a tick tick down, giving some breathing room to boost confidence after months of hesitation.
(Yes , I get it)

For context, a quarter-percent shift can change the psychology of the market as much as the math. Refinances are already climbing, and in some areas, homes that were sitting quietly last month are suddenly seeing multiple offers.

Take it as an open reminder that small moves at the national level can create big changes in local neighborhoods.
