When I initially started selling real estate it was because I loved “looking at” homes, but it didn't take long to realize that is only a fraction of what it takes to be a Realtor. What has made me stay, grow and prosper is my passion for the process and the people I help. Buying and/or selling a home is one of the biggest financial processes a person will go through in their lifetime It sounds cl
iché but it’s a fact! Buyers and Sellers need and deserve to have someone in their corner who provides trustworthy representation, intimate market knowledge and who has the resources to build a team of professionals to guide them through this process. I take the time to do an in depth client consultation to understand each client’s individual timelines, wants and needs. It's also an opportunity for me to outline the process and to set mutual expectations. Clear communication and understanding on both parts streamlines the process. That said, not everyone fits into the same box and I pride myself on being able to provide my clients a spectrum of services and assist them in finding reputable and responsive contacts for each part of the process. Contacts such as loan officers, vendors for inspections, warranties, closing/title services, photography, staging, moving and even cleaning just to name a few. The simple way to sum this up is, being a Realtor requires more than "looking at homes" and access to the MLS. It takes passion, knowledge, follow through and communication. I love what I do and the people I help.
