Construction is moving along nicely for our Ananta Senior Living community in Santa Cruz.

Residents will enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces that encourage social interaction and wellness. There's a pizza oven and gelato bar on-site. Plus, the community offers walkable access to the Shrine of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the scenic coastal trails of Lighthouse Field State Beach.

Exciting news for Raleigh! 🎉

We recently broke ground on Barton Oaks, a new affordable housing community that will bring 152 much-needed apartment homes to North Raleigh while helping protect the area's natural resources.

Barton Oaks is designed to provide high-quality housing opportunities for residents earning between 20% and 70% of the Area Median Income and will be the first tax-credit affordable housing community built in Raleigh's District E in more than 10 years.

What makes this project special?

🌳 Significant tree preservation
💧 Enhanced stormwater management
🌿 Preservation of 11 acres of critical watershed land near Falls Lake, thanks to an Oppidan investment
