What was special about this transaction was the fact that MB helped Lexi and J purchase this townhome as their “forever/last” home back in 2021. But due to very unforeseen circumstances, they learned that they needed to relocated out of state.

It was a surprise , especially since they did an amazing, FULL remodel from top to bottom. So we knew selling this home would be emotional.

REAL ESTATE QUESTION: Would you love these stairs…or hate them? 😬

My house sits on a hill, so these custom stairs we built connect the road to the top of the driveway. I personally think they’re enchanting—especially on a rainy fall day 🍂.

But I know there are buyers who would see 47 stairs and immediately think:

“Absolutely f$&king not.” 😆

And THAT is one of the reasons I love real estate.
What one person considers a dream feature, someone else considers a nightmare.

So… stairs: ❤️ or 🚩?
