My experience with buyers includes luxury homes, relocation, investment, new construction, undeveloped land, and traditional family homes. The majority of my clients are centered in the Minnetonka, Plymouth, Wayzata, Chaska, Eden Prairie, and Edina areas. Although the majority of my clients are in the western suburbs, I don’t have a set niche or area. Referrals, my highest priority, tend to bring me all over. I have experience all over the metro- from New Prague to Maple Grove and Watertown to Maplewood- I am willing to travel anywhere. I also help keep my clients up-to-date on the current value of their home and assist them on maintaining their homes by referring them to knowledgeable and reliable vendors. By handling each customer individually from beginning to end, I truly get to know them and their needs, and have more motivation to bring the transactions to a successful close.
