Today and closed on their beautiful new lake house!

When Benny and I first started talking about real estate, he was headed in a completely different direction. Somewhere along the way, he realized he wanted to start actually enjoying everything they have worked so incredibly hard for.

So, within less than 24 hours, the lake house hunt began… and Tomasina and I buckled up for the ride because anything involving Benny tends to move at light speed and is always an adventure. 😂

They found this one and knew almost immediately that THIS was the one! From there, the pressure was on. There were a lot of layers to this deal and definitely a few twists and turns, but we got it done!

And the cherry on top? After one final hail mary, we were able to negotiate nearly $150K off the original asking price. 🤩🙌

Not every deal is about buying the biggest or most expensive house. Sometimes the best deals are the ones that just feel special. And getting to make that phone call and tell two hardworking people that we pulled this one off was pretty awesome.

Also, happy birthday, Benny boy! 🎉 Talk about a birthday present.

I hope you and Tomasina make a million memories here… and I really hope this place finally teaches you how to slow down, relax, and not do 200 all the time. 😂❤️
