And just like that…our first home we purchased is officially under contract after being on the market for less than 48 hours with multiple offers over asking! While writing this is bittersweet, we are excited for our new chapter that is bringing us closer to A’s school, both of places of employment, as well as family and friends AND the new buyers are ecstatic first time homebuyers who are eager to make new memories for years to come on Lynwood Dr. 🏡

SOOOOO excited for my client, Sarah, on going under contract for this beautiful home! Some of her must-haves were a pool and at least .75+ acres, and I was able to help her secure this 4 bedroom home that has both of those items!
