🚨 SHOUT OUT TO MY “Mentee” John Kane 🏠


As I head into my 10th year of realestate, this may be one of my proudest moments…

John, my mentee, SOLD HIS FIRST HOUSE and it was a BIG ONE ..725k + on his first deal!

I told him it took me like 3 years to work in that price range so shout out to him and his buyers who got a great deal on an amazing house!

John and I have been friends for years…
When John was in high school he worked for me when I was the GM of the 422 Sportsplex..

In recent years he was always interested in Investment proprties..

Then over the last 2-3 years he has been my “transaction coordinator “ handling all of my paper work for all of my transactions…
