In 2011 moved to Haiti for 6 months to rebuild a Telecom network after the earthquake devastated the country; then moved to Puerto Rico to launch the first 5G network in Latin America; lived there for 4 years and made his first real estate investment in 2012 when he bought his first home, apartment 313, in which he initiated his new life with his wife in a new country until 2015 when he decided to move to Chester County in Pennsylvania, by coincidence their apartment number here was 313, being this one the home where their child was born. In 2017 decided to explore Real Estate Investing with the idea to help others to accomplish their dream of having their own 313 home. After reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad; he states his life changed completely. As an investor himself, he’s been pursuing multifamily apartment deals (contacting commercial brokers and direct connection with property owners, underwriting using rent rolls, T12, T3 and broker memorandum documents). In 2019 he was able to be part of the Kahuna Investors team closing on 120 units in Oklahoma. He’s now a Realtor with eXp Realty since 2021, closing on properties for both, home owners and investors, mostly helping the Hispanic community. Certified in Relocations, REO properties, Cash Offers, and mentor for new agents. He is married to a wonderful woman (Lorena) and has a 6-year-old daughter (Emma Isabel). He has 2 dogs, Thor and Mika, which complement the house and make it a super fun chaotic place. As a family they love the beach and having movie nights at home. He loves running, walking the dogs, and reading mostly about personal growth, real estate, and entrepreneurship.
