A lifelong resident of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Matthew resides in Downingtown . His daughter, Alexis Boyle-Seymour, helps run Help-U-Sell Direct Homes. Direct Homes is a local franchise office of Help-U-Sell, the oldest and largest set fee realtor in the United States, with more than 100 offices nationwide. Alexis has specific training with not only buyers but sellers as well. Alexis has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and has experienced all types of markets. Alexis grew up in real estate and now lives it every day at Help-U-Sell Direct Homes, a family owned and operated business. In addition to being a full-time agent, she plays an active role in running the business her father established in 1999. She graduated from Downingtown Senior High School and Gwynedd Mercy College in Montgomery County. She captained the women's basketball team at both schools. She now resides in Downingtown, where she raises her husband Brian Seymour and their two children.
