HOAs are either your dream… or your personal nightmare 😂

Some people LOVE:
✔️ Neat neighborhoods
✔️ Rules that keep things consistent
✔️ No boats, broken cars, or surprise trampolines next door

Other people hear:
“You need approval for your front door color…”

…and immediately start searching for 10 acres and a rooster named Kevin. 🐓

The truth is, neither side is wrong. HOA living really comes down to personality and lifestyle.

Some buyers want structure and convenience. Others want freedom and privacy. The important part is figuring that out BEFORE you buy — because nothing says buyer’s remorse like getting a violation letter about your trash cans two days after moving in.
