We are seeking a New Home Sales Manager to join our growing team! Rouse Chamberlin Homes, a well-respected local homebuilder of over 40 years in Southeast Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time, Community Sales Specialist (New Home Sales Manager). This position plays a key role in supporting the growth and success of the company. An energetic personality and a can-do attitude are a must!
🔑 Responsibilities:
▪️ Oversees the total buying process from greeting and educating prospects, presenting properties, following-up, and taking all steps necessary to close the sale and attend settlements
▪️ Interacts with the brokerage community and coordinates broker marketing events
▪️ Coordinates with the mortgage, title, and appraisal companies directly and through the conveyancer as necessary to successfully complete closings
▪️ Inputs information into the computer database daily & prepares computerized weekly traffic reports
▪️ Maintains thorough and current knowledge of competitive projects.
▪️ Prepares and executes all paperwork associated with deposits and Agreements of Sale, including customizing STRUCTURAL selections with buyers.
▪️ Maintains community MLS listings
▪️ Plans, executes, and attends various homeowner social events and open houses
▪️ Supervises Assistant Community Specialist
🔑 Qualifications:
▪️ Minimum 3 years of experience as a New Home Sales Manager
▪️ Must possess a Current PA Real Estate Salesperson License
▪️ Ability to build rapport with clients
▪️ Strong negotiation skills
▪️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
▪️ Knowledge of computers and working with Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
▪️ Experience with Lasso or comparable CRM
