Dan Birch HomeSmart Realty Advisors

HomeSmart is a virtual Real Estate company which offers the advantages of all online products working together with their extensive and thorough proprietary software giving me every tool I can ever need to provide the best client services. Since then I have gotten to know the community through various means.

· My wife Caral and I owned and operated Birch’s Checkered Flag Sandwich Shop in Avondale and Kennett Square for eleven successful years. We came to know many of you then.

· I also met a great number of area residents through coaching little league baseball for twenty three years.

· Our four children attended local schools and now their children do. I have frequently attended school functions and made new friends.

· I am an active member of New London Presbyterian Church. I am dedicated to your service in residential real estate sales and rentals. My memberships in Suburban West REALTORS Association and the National Association of Realtors keep me abreast of the latest market trends and real estate practices to make your transaction accurate and trustworthy. My career before real estate included fifteen years in finance and six years consulting with major law firms and Fortune 500 companies. I have found each of those areas of knowledge have been a rewarding asset in my real estate career. If I have not yet met you I am looking forward to having the pleasure.
