We're excited to announce that our Resident Referral Program reward has increased from $500 to $1,500. When you refer someone who leases and moves into our community, you'll receive a $1,500 referral reward as our way of saying thank you for helping our community grow.
This referral incentive is available for referrals who lease and move into our new apartment homes above Kimberton Whole Foods.
