The prettiest part of any renovation? The design phase. 🤍✨

Spent the day at Floor & Decor picking out tile for our horse farm renovation, and I seriously could’ve stayed there for hours.

There’s just something about seeing the vision start to come together one little detail at a time.

Every tile, every texture, every decision is helping bring this home to life, and I already know it’s going to be so worth it. I can’t wait to show you how everything comes together. 🫶🏼

Today we toured 7 homes with my first-time homebuyer clients, and I couldn’t be more excited because this is something we haven’t been able to say for a while.

After years of limited inventory and tough competition, we’re finally seeing more homes hit the market, giving buyers the chance to compare, take their time, and make confident decisions instead of feeling pressured into the first house they see.
