Jennifer Cleary Carter Realtor Growing up in Rumson, I have extensive knowledge of our local market. I have been a full time licensed Realtor since 2001. I have been working since I was 13.

I am a lifelong Monmouth County resident. Growing up in Rumson, I have extensive knowledge of our area and local market. I am able to give my clients an insider’s view of our towns. I have immense business experience. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in 2001, I was a Supervisor/Negotiator of National Television Advertising for various major American companies. In this role I was responsible fo

r and negotiated multi-million dollar advertising budgets for many iconic Brands. I was also responsible for the success and follow up of the marketing and advertising plans I put in place. Being held to such high standards has made my transition to a Realtor such a successful one. I make your transactions as easy and worry free as possible for my clients. My many years of service allow me to foresee possible issues that may arise and successfully conquer them before they become a problem. I guide my clients to successful transactions and have many references that will attest to this. My passion for this business and our area is immeasurable. Our beautiful towns and top rated schools make this area such a special place to live. Having the Sotheby’s brand behind me has been such an asset to the success of my business. The value that this brand brings to my clients is like none other. The relationships with major media companies that have been cultivated over the past centuries put my client’s homes in the forefront of the global community. Not many can say this. I am a graduate of the Rumson School districts. I have a BS in International Business from Ithaca College and was fortunate enough to spend a semester abroad at St. Louis University in Madrid, Spain. I currently live in Shrewsbury and am very active in our school district and community. I am a passionate animal lover and am a volunteer for Castle of Dreams Animal Rescue and as a family we are contributors to the Monmouth County SPCA.
