Made with simple pantry ingredients and safe-to-eat heat-treated flour, these bite-sized treats are rich, sweet, and perfectly indulgent. 🤎

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup heat-treated all-purpose flour
• 1 cup chocolate chips, divided

Directions:

Heat treat the flour: microwave in 30-second intervals (stir between each) for 3 rounds until it reaches 165°F.
In a bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth and combined.
Add flour and salt, mixing until fully incorporated.
Stir in half of the chocolate chips.
Scoop into bite-sized portions (about 1 tablespoon each).
