What are your thoughts on road noise? I've had one client tell me it sounds like the ocean and another say their dog would go nuts. The house is beautiful inside though!

If you told me when I first walked into the McKiernan Realty office that in 9 years I would not only own a Real Estate brokerage and a Property Management company, but that I would represent the City of Citrus Heights on a real estate transaction... I would have laughed.
.. and then I would have asked if I get to choose my logo colors, because if we're being honest that was the first thing I did when I decided to open Sactown Real Estate. 😂

I am honored to have represented the city in this process, and truly excited for the relationships we've built along the way.
