Having grown up alongside my father, Jim Luse, a respected and well known local developer and general contractor of L&H Construction Inc., I offer a unique perspective on the real estate industry. This background provides valuable insight into construction quality and allows me to better advise both buyers and sellers throughout the process. In addition to my real estate background, I bring extensive marketing expertise to every client relationship. I am a Marketing Specialist with 15+ years of experience coordinating complex, deadline driven proposals, presentations, and client facing marketing materials for both public and private sector clients. I have a proven ability to analyze requirements, manage timelines, develop compelling and compliant content, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. These skills translate directly into effectively positioning homes, streamlining the selling process, and supporting strong results for my clients. Prior to becoming a full time realtor, I also worked as a Digital and Creative Recruiter for TEKsystems in San Francisco, one of the largest private talent management firms in the world, further strengthening my ability to communicate value, manage expectations, and negotiate with confidence. I earned my Associate Degree in Sociology from Sierra College and my Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from San Francisco State University, graduating Cum Laude. I was also inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the global honor society recognizing the top 15% of business students.
