I have been a full-time Real Estate professional for over 30 years, starting my first job with a new home builder in 1983. Over the years I have held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing, Relocation Specialist, Broker Associate, Listing Broker for Freddie Mac, and have helped hundreds of families realize their dream through the sale or purchase of a home. As top producer, I earned top listing and selling agent for Coldwell Banker for 5 years running. I hold the following designations: Preview Property Specialist, Certified Relocation Agent, Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and I am a candidate for the Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM). I am a long-time Masters Club Member for both Sacramento and Placer Counties due to my high-dollar production. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California and Hawaii. I love where I live and what I do. I’m involved in serving the community through many organizations such as the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, United Way, and Habitat for Humanity. I am a member of Sacramento and Placer County Association of Realtors as well and the National and California Association of Realtors. I spent many years involved in the Sales and Marketing Council of the Building Industry Association.
