Fairbanks Neighborhood Housing Services (FNHS) is looking for a dependable, hands-on maintenance technician to support our Healthy Homes work—helping keep local homes safe, functional, and in good shape.

✅ General maintenance/repair experience preferred (carpentry, painting, basic plumbing/electrical a plus)
✅ Valid driver’s license + ability to pass background check
✅ Comfortable using hand/power tools and lifting up to ~50 lbs
