Our spacious 16' x 24' dry cabins come with beautiful kitchens - fully equipped with shelving, cabinets, electric range, refrigerator and double sink. All feature a covered deck, dedicated exterior plug-ins and a private outhouse. Bring balance to your life by living in one of our peaceful, quiet cabins!
The roads are maintained and plowed in the winter months for your convenience. Well insulated cabins with digital programmable thermostats and electric baseboard heat, ensures energy efficiency and just one monthly utility bill averaging $100-$150/ month.
With many popular services nearby, we're close to the Campus Corner Mall, Water Wagon and the Chena Pump Plaza. Laundry services, dining and shopping are just a few of the amenities you will find.
Terms of Lease: Six months & one year options.

Security Deposit: $595
Electric: in tenants name, on average for 12months = $100-150/month
Pets: $25 per pet on approval (max two). $200 refundable pet deposit.
