Just closed on a land listing. Some of you guys know Alaska has a lot of raw land and if you ever look on the days on the market, a big percentage of land listings sits for a very long time or it gets withdrawn and never sold!!

With land listings, the price point is usually 1000 times more lower than a house would be so that means the commission is a lot lower, and that means agents are usually a lot less motivated, but not me I was very determined to make sure this wasn’t one of those listings that sit forever.

So what did I do? I contacted every Neighbor close to this piece of land and told them it was for sale. I didn’t get a lot of response until a couple days later there was a neighbor that’s been wanting this piece of land for many many years!

I got to represent both sides (buyer and seller) and make this happen! No matter what the price is, or what this listing looks like, I treat all my buyers and sellers with the same energy and determination. Congratulations to my Buyer and Seller!!!

I’m still in disbelief at how much my business and I have grown. Every day I strive to be better, stay humble, and remain open to learning.
