Take a Look: To set up a showing, please visit this link to fill out our FREE prescreening application! Once we receive your prescreening, one of our Property Managers will contact you to schedule a showing of one or more of our properties. Lock it in: After the showing of our property, YOU LOVE IT! To lock it in, you will let your Property Manager or our Showing Host know that you want to LOCK IT IN! They will send you a Transunion background check for you to fill out. This will be a fee of $30, and you will need to finalize and make payment before Transunion will send us the report. Once your report is reviewed and approved, our PM will reach out and give you the good news! Shake Hands: After you lock it in your PM will ask you when you would like to move in and go over final terms. They will then send you a lease to review. Once all the Ts are crossed and i’s are dotted we are ready to get moving. Move in day: Your PM will meet you at the property to give you that warm welcome! You will do that “rental car” walk around, trade keys for money, go over the perks of your new home and show you how to introduce yourself to our FIX IT team!
