Ray's Rentals LLC is a small, family-owned business specializing in providing affordable apartments. We have several locations in the
greater Fairbanks area including downtown, Goldstream Valley, near Fort Wainwright, within walking distance of UAF, and in North Pole. We offer both short and long-term leases to fit almost any length of
tenancy. Using alternative fuels such as used cooking oil from local restaurants to provide heat and hot water in our buildings helps us keep rents affordable. Last winter we burned more than 4000 gallons of used cooking oil in 2 of our buildings. It also is environmentally friendly by utilizing a resource that previously ended up in the landfill. We plan to convert more of our buildings to alternative fuels in the near future. Our website is 488-1001.com which is also our telephone number (minus the .com of course). When we decided to set up a website, we had trouble deciding on a domain name. There were already several other Rays Rentals websites out there in the US so, almost as a joke, we tried to see if our phone number could be used. It worked! We have cheap one, two and 3 bedroom apartments with prices ranging from $500 a month to $995 a month. Our application process is a simple 1 page form. However, we do require you see the place and meet
with us in-person before you apply. We do a credit and background check. If you have decent credit, we just need the deposit and first
month’s rent to get you moved in after you’re approved. So browse on by or give us a call if you need a place to stay.
