Amanda has over 17 years of sales, advertising, marketing and client relationship experience that she brings to the Dayton Ohio real estate market. Amanda became a REALTOR in 2003 and has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers in obtaining their dream of home ownership. She has assisted many investors with buying income producing properties as well as been an investor herself and knows all of the ins and outs. Her primary responsibilities include managing her business which include: Establishing a marketing plan for getting her sellers homes sold. Marketing, Advertising, troubleshooting when issues arise and overseeing the whole process from start to finish. She has a whole team of contacts to assist with the buying and selling process: From photographers/videographers, inspectors, contractors, surveyors, appraisers, title companies and lenders. She has all the resources available to make the process as easy as possible for her clients. Rest assured that when you work with Amanda, you will find that she is very personable, easy to talk with, always available and eager to ensure that your transaction runs as smooth as possible from start to finish. Prior degrees/careers include: Associate of applied science degree. Employed as a Computer programmer/analyst for CSC & Elder-Beerman Corporate offices. Assistant Manager of a large hair salon chain, Substitute teacher at Miami Valley Career Technology center.

Personal

She has strong family values, and believes in education and always trying to better yourself. She has raised a son who is now 18 and has been active in his life every step of the way. She has been the team mom for many of his sporting activities & sponsored many teams throughout her career. Her favorite past times are traveling, working out, getting out in nature, going hiking, attending outdoor concerts, festivals & canoeing. She enjoys trying new experiences & getting together with friends. She is a book and coffee ju**ie as she loves both. If she is running personal errands then you will most likely see her running around with her chocolate lab whose head is typically hanging out the window. Great sense of humor and very down to earth.
