*one time application fee which remains active for 180
days
*550 Credit Score minimum
*First months rent and last month's rent as a security deposit
*$45K Min income annually
*TRADITIONAL EMPLOYMENT - 2 months PayStubs / no bank statements
*INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR - 2 months bank statements and 1 year tax returns or 1099
*Once approved we will begin searching for your home. We will have access to any home on the market up to $550k
*No penalty if you decide not to purchase during the one year lease
*Its better to apply to this program instead of paying multiple application fees for apartments to get denied.
